Ingredients:
- 2 cup roasted cashews
- 2 large onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 pieces cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon homemade chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon refined oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast the cashews in it.
- Roast them with string continuously till it becomes nice golden brown. Then remove it to a plate and keep aside.
- Heat the pan and add cinnamon, chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste, for 5 minutes until that became fried.
- Prepare the paste using mixer grinder and separately grind chopped tomatoes and kaju paste together.
- Heat the Pan and put in it the onion and spice paste, for 5 minutes.
- Then add to it cashew and tomato paste with homemade chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep on flame for 3 min
- Add roasted cashew nuts, Add milk and water and cover the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
