Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (Use SHRIDHA’S Natural or High Protein or chocolate cardamom flavour Peanut butter)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix together.
- In big bowl, beat together peanut butter spread and butter with mixer grinder until smooth. Beat in finely grounded brown sugars and vanilla until blended. Beat in flour mixture just until blended. (Refrigerate dough until easy to handle, if needed.)
- Roll the dough into balls. Arrange cookies 2 to 3 inches apart on baking sheets. Gently press each cookie; press crisscross pattern into tops with fork dipped in sugar.
- Bake cookies 10 minutes or until lightly golden in colour. Cool completely on wire rack, will firm up as they cool.
