Ingredients:
- 1 Cup –SHRIDHA’S Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 250 gram Chocolate pasta
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups fine grounded brown sugar
- 9 tablespoon milk cream
- 3 Chocolate cookies
Instructions
- First, Add shridha’s peanut butter and Cream butter in electric mixer grinder and run it to make homogenous mixture. Add vanilla, sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed. Add about three cups of the sugar, bit slowly. Add milk cream and beat at medium speed until it is of a consistency slightly more runny than a buttercream frosting. The texture will become a little bit melty once poured on top of the pasta. Place the prepared sauce to the side.
- Take chocolate cookies, Using your hand, form the cookies into balls–if they are too crumbly, you can mix them briefly in a food processor with a small bit of your prepared sauce, and they should then be easy to form into balls. Prepare the pasta per the packaging instructions; drain and let cool for a few minutes.
- While the pasta is still warm, but not super hot, place the cookie “balls” on top of the pasta. Ladle on your desired amount of frosting-sauce, Serve warm.
